Serviced and furnished short or long term apartment available in Williston, ND! This 2 bed, 1 bath apartment is fully furnished and is in a perfect location for work trips or family vacations! The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, dishware, pots and pans. We supply bedding, towels, basic cleaning supplies during your stay and in building laundry. Available for daily, weekly or monthly stays - just ask us! Our space is also pet friendly, however, we do charge a $350 pet fee PER pet (non-refundable)! Coin operated washer and dryer are located in the shared laundry room on site. Although our unit does have A/C it is not central A/C. The wall unit is located in the living area of the apartment and not in any of the bedrooms. If you're staying in the summer months, leaving your A/C on and bedroom doors open will help with cooling the entire apartment. Two days before check in, guests will receive check in instructions in the form of an email or message on the booking site. Those instructions will include the address, door code to access the unit, WIFI information and various rules while you stay with us. Important: Guests to make NO changes or additions to the property. This includes the interior and exterior of the building and unit itself. If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened.
