This second home is furnished for living. Spacious open downstairs living area, large master bedroom with queen bed, smaller 2nd bedroom with full bed, small deck. Good beds, linens, towels, jacuzzi upstairs, newly equipped kitchen, half bath downstairs, very congenial dining room/work space, comfortable for both longer-term visits and touring Philly. Located on a lovely quiet block near Naval Square and South Street, it offers easy access to the new Schuylkill Boardwalk and River Trail. Very walkable area, with easy access to public transport, Center City, many local hip restaurants and bars. Street parking is easy to find. 15 min by taxi from airport, or if you are a walker, the train to University City is easy. Cross the South Street Bridge and it's a 15-minute walk. One mile from both University of Pennsylvania and Rittenhouse Square. This is our second home, so it is equipped for comfort. It's VERY new and we are new to hosting, so we will be eager to hear if there are items we should change or add. We appreciate guest's patience as we master the process.
