A beautiful place to get away and enjoy the breathtaking ocean views. You’re only a 5 minute walk away from the beach. A great home to stay for relaxation and enjoy your traveling group with many common areas to gather. The house is conveniently located approximately 5 miles from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Enjoy the breathtaking ocean view. This is a perfect home to vacation with family and friends. There is a large front deck with plenty of space for relaxing, dining, sunbathing, or sharing a cocktail while enjoying the beautiful ocean view. The upstairs balcony is also a great place to gather and look out at the ocean and is even equipped with a bar! Make some martinis and enjoy the sunset! If your party prefers more privacy, the backyard is a wonderful place to dine, read, meditate... whatever your heart desires. All parts of the house are accessible, minus the garage and one closet located in the master bedroom, which will be locked. I am available to answer any questions the guest may have The street is lively during the day. Many people enjoy the walking trail to the beach or come to watch the sunset. There is one parking spot in front of the garage. Guests can also park on the street. Parking is not allowed on the south side of the street after 10pm until 6am. You can park on the north side 24-7.
