Located near Eastgate mall and easy access to QEW and Red Hill Valley Parkway. close to the escarpment so you can hike the Bruce trail, Wild Water works on Lake Ontario this place is in a residential area, very easy check-in, it's a 4 minute walk to the mall where there is fortino's grocery shopping, close to all sorts of amenities very convenient, get to anywhere by car or buses, etc. to let you know there's a person living in the basement, he walks through the backyard to get in and out of his apartment, and another person living on the side the door by the gate, both of them don't interfere with the main three bedroom home. Guests have access to 3 bedrooms sleeping 5 people (1Q, 1Q, 1S), 1 bath (including shower-tub), full kitchen, dining room and Living room. Full kitchen includes dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery, and with appliances like stove oven, refrigerator microwave, and dishwasher. Each room has a smart TV. Wifi included. Laundry facilities provided. Guests will have their own personal space, but I am able to answer any questions they may have. Located in a quiet residential area. The house is a 3 minute walk away from Fortinos and Eastgate Mall to shop and get groceries, and a 5 min drive to QEW and Redhill Creek parkway. 5 min to Confederation Park on Lake Ontario, close to escarpment and Bruce Trail. 50 min to Niagara Falls 48 Minutes to Niagara-on-the-Lake for the Shaw Festival 45 minutes to Toronto airport Public transportation in walking distance.
