Sandy's Cozy Nest welcome all families & fisherman

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom mobile home. We have done many updates. We are still working on the back deck area. There is a small deck available with a gas grill and outside table for enjoying nature. It is extremely quiet here and relaxing. There is direct tv with att fixed fixed wireless. Close to all your vacation needs. There are some good places to eat and great places tohave fun and enjoy. Fisherman and hunters love the area. Shoppers and quilters have found great buys and steals in the area. Its 95 miles to Nashville for a great day trip. Paducah is 35 miles away. Lake Barkley is 3.5 miles and Kentucky Lake is 12 miles. State parks nearby. Two golf courses in the area. Water park and miniature golf with go carts during the summer time. Its a great place to start lifetime family memories. You have access to entire home. We have it setupfor your comfort. It is a fully furnished with all the necessary kitchen essentials. If there is something we have forgotten ask and we will try to accommodate. We do have air mattress upon request. We also have a pack and play available upon request. Our local host Beverley lives nearby. She is here to help as much as you need or as little as you need. She will contact you the day before your arrival. Feel free to ask about local attractions or were you might a great breakfast, or great BBQ and excellent catfish dinner. She knows about areas for hiking and biking and might tell you their favorite fishing spot. You might have to bribe her with some of your catch though. We love the area and believe you will also. You will need your own transportationto get around. But you will be staying down a small back road that ends just past this home. Not very much traffic ever passes by.
