Secluded, private 3 Bedroom, 2 bath home with separate 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage on the water with private family beach and dock. THE HOUSE- Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath Cape Cod. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a king bed and a pull out couch. The first, with a twin over double bunk bed is an ideal spot for kids and teens, while the master has a king-size bed and water views. Our 3rd bedroom also features a king size bed. Wifi, Cable, 65in HDTV. 2 King Beds, Double/Twin bunk. Pull out sofa. Relax while watching boats pass as the sun sets or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. Play a board game or enjoy a family meal at the table in the dining area—everything you need to prepare full group meals is available in the kitchen, complete with a great kitchen island perfect for entertaining. You’ll find 2 additional bedrooms upstairs. The first, with a twin over double bunk bed with brand new beds it is an ideal spot for kids and teens, while the master has a king-size bed and water views. Our house also has lots of outdoor space including a wrap around deck. THE COTTAGE Our 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage with deck, enjoy water front living and use of private family beach, perfect for families. Steps to swimming, boating and fishing. Open-concept our home is an ideal spot for family time. Relax while watching boats pass as the sun sets or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. Monomoscoy Island is just an 11-minute drive to South Cape Beach and shopping at The Mashper Commons. The towns of Mashpee and East Falmouth have lots of family-friendly dining and entertainment options, including the Mashpee Commons, New Seabury and the Children’s Museum.
