The Master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, night stands, television, as well as a walk-in closet. The Master bathroom has dual sinks with a shower/tub combo stocked with plenty of linens and towels. The living room and kitchen have vaulted ceilings so the space feels wide open. The kitchen is fully equipped with many cooking supplies, dinnerware, pots, pans, and appliances should you enjoy a home cooked meal at any time. A sliding glass door leads to the furnished patio with views of of the fairway to the south so you can enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise on the golf course, or enjoy a romantic meal with beautiful views. The patio has a gorgeous built-in barb for those cool afternoons to enjoy burgers, bratwursts, and steaks. Rio Verde Community is a 55+ age restriction, the renter must be of 55+ in age but can be accompanied by 19 years and older. Any minors MUST be supervised by an adult at all times. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 24 days or longer. ~For stays 21 days or longer, we require a $500 utility deposit ~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee ~No Pets ~No Smoking ~No large gatherings ~No mailbox access will be granted ~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature ~No smoking inside, outside of the property, or nowhere on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home.
