When inside you’ll find five different sleeping areas that comfortably sleep 10-12, two kitchens, game room, & more. The home is located on over an acre of land just a few feet away from Great Moose Lake. As you pull down the quiet dirt road, you'll instantly experience the feeling of relaxation. As you pull up, feel free to park in front of our 2-car garage. The house is loaded with all you need to create your perfect lakehouse getaway. There are five sleeping areas in the house, the master bedroom (King Bed) and another bedroom room (twin bed and full bed) on the main floor, two fulls in the finished walkout basement, a bonus room above the garage with two queen beds and a twin bed (perfect for teenagers to escape or couples looking for privacy), as well as an extra twin in the loft. There is direct access to the lake. Walk right out the sliders onto our beautiful patio with a fire pit and grill, and your steps away from your own beach and dock on beautiful Great Moose Lake. On rainy days or at night enjoy the game room complete with full-size air hockey, two-player arcade basketball, and a bar area. There is also another full kitchen and bathroom right off the lower-level sliders, so you don't have to go upstairs if you're outside all day. On the main living floor, there is a massive open concept living, dining, and kitchen filled with a comfy sectional, a big farmers table, and all the games and kids toys you need. The floor is complete with two more bathrooms. The home also has strong WiFi, perfect for devices and those that need to work remotely. A wrap-around deck surrounds the main floor, with several access points. Outdoors, where you'll spend most of your time, you have your own grill and oven, patio furniture, plenty of green grass, a private dock, two single kayaks, two stand-up paddleboards (SUP’s) and even your own private boat ramp. The perfect summer getaway, beautiful fall foliage, November is a hunter's (get that big buck) paradise, and great snowmobiling (access to trails right from the house) and ice fishing all winter long. We can't wait to have you create memories at Great Moose Lake. You'll have full access to the entire house and attached garage. The detached garage on the other side of the driveway is not accessible and is just used for storage. We are available by a phone call or text and and live about two hours south should an emergency happen. We also have our neighbors up there keep an eye on the property. You're also only about 90 minutes away from beautiful Bar Harbor, Maine and Acadia National Park, or all that Portland, Maine has to offer, both a perfect day trip.
