There is a large waterfall and salmon ladder a short walk from the town center. A beautiful public beach on Lake Utopia is 10 minutes away by car. Owner will be in Florida. Lovely quiet neighborhood, lots of space between houses. Very short walk to a beautiful wide river behind the property. There is a trail along the river to downtown. Short drive to a grocery store, shops and a small mall in the downtown area. The downtown is a historical has historical buildings. Short drive to a 4 lane major highway connecting east and west destinations. Lovely scenic drive along the ocean is also nearby. There is no public transportation available. No pets please.
