When you enter this 700 sqf loft, you will find cathedral ceilings, an open living room, dedicated dining area and a fully-equipped galley kitchen. Tucked in the corner you will find a queen bed (with a twin bed on the mezzanine) and a couch that converts into another queen bed. The loft has been fully renovated with a modern bath including an extra large walk-in shower. The center of Old Chatham is marked by a few businesses around the intersection of the Albany Turnpike and County Rt. 13. These businesses include the United States Post Office for area code 12136, the Old Chatham Country Store (which includes a cafe/restaurant), and Jackson's Old Chatham House (tavern and restaurant). The Old Chatham Sheepherding Company is also located in Old Chatham. The Samuel Wilbur House, is in the library of Congress. Close by, the village of Chatham, NY is filled with independently-owned, one-of-a-kind retail stores, restaurants and galleries. Our quintessential rural upstate New York community is open, friendly, and welcoming.
