The home was originally built in the 1920’s and has been very well cared for. It has been recently remodeled from top to bottom but still has it’s old world charm. The entire home is yours during your stay. The basement is not finished. The laundry room is located in the basement. The home offers keyless entry. A code will be provided upon confirmation of your reservation. We live 10 minutes away from the home and will be available by phone if you have any questions during your stay. The neighborhood is located just a few minutes from downtown Beaver and Rochester Borough which offer many shops and restaurants for your enjoyment. Also close by is the town of Bridgewater which has several dockside restaurants along the Beaver River. The home is less than 5 miles from the Shell Cracker Plant site and is perfect for employees on assignment that prefer the privacy of a home as opposed to a hotel. Ride sharing services such as Lyft and Uber are available if you are arriving without a car. Please note that access to Bedroom #4 with the single daybed is off of Bedroom #3. This arrangement is perfect for a couple with a child who would like to be close to their parents.
