This is a brand new Suite with it's own private 270 square foot terrace facing the Indian River/NASA. It is furnished with a bathroom, TV, small table with chairs, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, bathroom supplies. It is on the second floor and shares a common hallway with two other guest suites, Each of which faces the Indian River/NASA. The common hallway leads to a second balcony which has exterior stairs. The bathroom was designed for an outside view to the river. You may see dolphins and manatees while taking a shower. WALL UNIT air-conditioning. You can adjust the temperature to your comfort level. Outdoor common areas include a dock with a large terminal platform and benches; fire-pit; tiki hut 9 acres of beautifully wooded area to walk. There are many places with hammock hooks and we can supply hammocks upon request while you are here. You may dock a small boat at the end of my dock upon request. Every guest included on the reservation can use the kayaks 2 hrs free per day, afterwards I charge $10 each per hour. FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. kayaks, 1 paddle board and vests are under the Solar Panels at the waterfront on the north side of the main house. There's 1 barbecue grill is $ 40 one time fee (includes gas). Beach Accessories $20 one time fee. You can bring your own kayaks and launch them from my Marina.
