We are just four blocks from Baker University, making ours the favorite room to stay in for parents and guests visiting the university or Baldwin City community events. Jayhawk fans will appreciate that Lawrence, home of the University of Kansas, is only 15 minutes away. Guest will have full use of the public areas of the first floor of the inn. Complementary coffee, tea, water, sodas and snack are provided. There is a common guest refrigerator and microwave oven at your disposal. The innkeeper lives on-site. Built in 1903, Three Sisters Inn is a beautiful, Victorian Queen Anne style home with wrap around porch, exquisitely decorated with period furnishings. Built by the Ripley family, their three daughters– Della Rose, Melissa, and Edith lived in the home until the 1950s. Following years of private ownership as well as housing apartments and offices, the home was moved to it’s present location and lovingly restored in 1995.
