Our home is located in rural Michigan, often referred to as water, winter wonderland. The property consists of a modern home surrounded by nature, lakes, and small-town charm. This home has a pleasant view of Brush Lake (no access). Michiganders take their wine and beer seriously. There are dozens of breweries, vineyards, pubs, and in-land lakes with public access just minutes away. The home is 40 mins East of Lake Michigan and 40 mins North of Notre Dame. Pet friendly ($25 PER NIGHT PET FEE). Guests will have access to essential kitchen supplies, dining room (seats 6), front room with natural gas fireplace, living room with tv and sofa, washer/ dryer, back deck, 2 car garage. This property does not have lake access. Please refrain from trespassing on our neighbors’s property and docks. You will be responsible for any consequences for trespassing. Hosts will be available by cell and text for questions. This home is centrally located within mins of many attractions. Gorgeous Indian Lake Hills Golf Course is less than 1 mile away. Harbor Shores Senior PGA Golf Club is located less than 30 mins away along with many other golf courses. The area also offers unique shopping, antiques, farmer's markets, U-Pick, lakes, restaurants, Spas, lake life and more. The home is located 40 mins from Notre Dame, 30 mins East of Lake Michigan shore town St. Joseph and 30 mins South of Lake Michigan shore town South Haven, both with unique downtown shopping and fantastic restaurants as well as night life. A plethora of local breweries nearby. Many vineyards and wine tours are offered in the area that would make a perfect weekend get away. We are also located 5 mins from Indian Lake, 10 mins from Magician, Cable, Big Crooked, Little Crooked, Dewey and other inland motor lakes. We have local motor sport/ pontoon boat/ jet ski rentals located locally. There are grocery stores and a train station located 10 mins away in Dowagiac, MI. The area is home to some of the most beautiful nature walking and biking paths. Southwestern Michigan College, Lake Michigan College, and Andrews University are all less than a 20 minute drive. There are also 4 fairly new casinos in the area with the closest being just 5 mins away Multiple Amtrak stations located nearby and several car rentals agencies are available. A personal car is highly recommended in order to discover all this rural area has to offer. During your stay we will provide you amazing toiletries so you may enjoy your stay conveniently. We have updated our home since last season. Here are some things that we updated for guests comfort and safety: -Carpeting ( Hypoallergic carpet is in every room) -Dishwasher ( we have replaced our old dishwasher with brand new dishwasher. -Plumbing (we have inspected and updated our plumbing system) -Water Softener (brand new to ensure water quality) -We continue to update our home to add value and comfort During your stay we will provide you with no extra charge * : Smart TV, Amazon Prime, Disney +, Roku Channel, Apple +, HULU *(Renting Movies or Tv Series are not allowed on account we provide) The house is located in rural and some phone carriers may not have huge services but we have VERIZON NETWORK BOOSTER .
