Service and cleaning fees included. This beautifully restored, large and airy apartment takes you back in time when tall ceilings , beautiful woodwork and unique characteristics were the norm. This place is perfect for traveling or remote workers. Guests are welcome to sit on the large front porch in the rockers and enjoy the evening quietness of the neighborhood. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. The living room has a smart TV , desk and games. There is a new queen size mattress in the bedroom and a small pullout loveseat with extra foam padding in the living room . As well as an air mattress, all extra linens are in the closet. Guests enter the apartment from the front porch , the door is on the left side of the porch with the numbers 61 and 71 on the door. The door code will be provided on day of check in. I live downstairs and am available at most times through text, phone or just knock on the front door. Minutes from shopping and dining. One block away is AJ's Main Street Dine, 1600 East Main Street, is open 7am-2pm Tues-Sat. There is also Penn Station and Papa Johns Pizza and a CVS Pharmacy close by. The location is in close proximity to the historic depot district with its coffee bar, local popular restaurants and bars with some featuring live music. The shops and bookstore are a special treat as well. Downtown is quaint with boutiques and dining too. If you’re a nature lover there are many parks , an arboretum with trails and the Cardinal Greenway for walking or biking. Don’t forget to visit our Olde National Road Welcome Center at 1501 Nat’l Rd East. Earlham College, Ivy Tech, Indiana University East and Reid Hospital are 10 minutes away. Parking for guests is on the street in front of the house. The Roseview city bus and taxi services are available for transportation as well as an airport shuttle service. There are stairs to get to the apartment, this is not suitable for wheelchair access.
