The Cabin at Sodus Point, 5 Bedrooms

(Weekly discounts available.) The Cabin has a rustic, log cabin feel with a spacious interior that sleeps 15, and it's perfect for large gatherings. The house is a 2-minute walk to the beach for a beautiful sunset view, and it's a short walk to the nearby restaurants and bars. The backyard has a fire pit and two gas grills, and it backs up to a softball field. Bring mitts, a ball, and a bat for a pick-up game! With its open floor plan and central air, The Cabin is great for entertaining in the evenings or working on a puzzle with the kids. The first floor living space has a 3-seat kitchen island, a 6-8 person dining room table, and a gas fireplace with a TV and seating. After booking The Cabin, you can message us a 4-digit code for the main door lock. We'll set it before you arrive, and then you'll have access to the full house—all 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, full laundry and kitchen. Pillows, bedding, towels, cooking utensils, dishware, and some cooking/cleaning products are provided. Please plan to bring your own bath soaps and additional paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, bug spray, sunscreen, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, and any other products you might need during your stay. Sodus Point has a few fun restaurants and bars, as well as boat rental opportunities for exploring Sodus Bay. The Cabin is a few blocks from Sodus Point Beach Park and a short walk to the lighthouse. It's also a ten-minute drive from Imprint Coffee Roasters and El Rincon Mexicana, which has AMAZING Mexican food. Parking is available for two vehicles. If additional parking is needed, there are spaces available around the corner at the public park. The Cabin is a short walk to the public beach on Lake Ontario, but there is also parking available there, if you prefer to drive. The Cabin is equipped with WiFi and cable. The living room has a Blu-Ray player (some movies provided) and an HDMI cable. One of the bedrooms has an additional Blu-Ray Player, and three other bedrooms have Roku Streaming Players (for Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime). House Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS. All renters are entitled to quiet enjoyment of the property, shall behave in a civilized manner, and must respect the rights of the surrounding neighbors. Renters shall not create any disturbances, cause damage to the property, or violate any local laws or ordinances.
