It is perfect for couples, friends, family and business travelers. 2 kayaks on-site. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Unwind in the Jacuzzi tub or on the screened-in porch while taking in the sights and sounds of nature at Stonebridge Pond. WiFi, a 55" 4K LED TV hooked up to a 5.1 surround system, a 32” Smart TV in the main bedroom. Both TVs with Rokus; Netflix, HULU, or Spectrum cable for movie night. On cool nights, fire up the woodstove for a relaxing or romantic evening. Laundry room with Washer/Dryer, iron, ironing board. 3-burner propane and charcoal BBQ grill. Each bedroom has a full-size dresser and a closet space. This is strictly a non-smoking, and pets-free home. Water rights to the 7-acre pond for kayaking and fishing although the use of any type of motorized watercraft is strictly prohibited. Catch and RELEASE only. I provide 2 kayaks (both are 1-person) and they are stored on the property. You'll have to provide your own fishing poles, however. Adult and child size life jackets onsite. We both work full-time so we may or may not be able to greet you. We will respond to questions via phone or email throughout the entire process. There will be contact information listed in the welcome binder at the property when you arrive as well. The property is located on a private road with water rights to a private pond. The few neighbors past my home are full-time residents so there will be very light traffic during the work week but they tend to keep to themselves. If you're looking for a party house, then move on to another listing. 4 guests - MAX. All of the nearby residents enjoy the same peace and quiet you are seeking so I ask you to return the courtesy. Not to say you shouldn't enjoy some drinks and conversation on the porch, by the grill, or by the water ;) Gas stations/convenient stores and a pharmacy are within a 10 minute drive. Nearest grocery store is a 19 min. drive. I will provide some information about the area with a list of services and suggestions at the property when you arrive or feel free to ask if you're looking for something specific. Spectrum cable tv is available. Netflix and Hulu are also available. During the Winter months, there may be heavy snowfall. The private road is plowed but you may have to shovel the way to/from your vehicle from the front steps. Snow shovels are provided. Adult and child sized snow shoes are available for use. Well and septic sytem so please try to limit excessive water use and do not flush what does not belong down the toilet.
