Located 1 mile from Yanney Park you can walk to the outdoor fitness pad, walk the trails, fish or kayak. Watch the sunset by the fire-pit or on the deck. A charcoal grill is available on the patio in our privacy-fenced in backyard. Too cold to walk outside? Use the Air Assault Treadmill or Spin Bike. Our location is perfect for work, leisure, shopping & commuting to UNK, downtown, parks and the hospitals.
