Urban Guest Suite with Total Privacy and Security

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in one of Tupelo's most desirable neighborhoods, our guest suite offers convenient and safe access to nearby restaurants and shops. Guests love our location - we're close to everything! Our neighborhood is located in the heart of Tupelo and offers easy access to Downtown and the Barnes Crossing districts. It's an easy five-minute walk to several restaurants, a local butcher shop with farmer's market and a liquor store. Parking is in our large driveway, not on the street. You'll walk only about 30ft from your car to your private entrance. The neighborhood is very safe, well lit and you'll enjoy the additional comfort of having your own SimpliSafe security system. There's a kitchenette in the space including a microwave, mini fridge and a Keurig coffee maker. There are dishes, utensils and coffee mugs available to use. There's high speed wifi and a smart TV in the suite so you'll be able to access your streaming apps. You'll control the temperature in the space. There are room darkening curtains and a white noise maker to guarantee you a good night's rest (or day as we regularly host travel nurses who work nights). Because the suite was added by enclosing the garage, it's separated from the rest of the house. Unless we happen to come or go at the same time, we won't see each other. In other words, it won't feel like a shared space. Short term guests will have access to the mudroom, bedroom and bath (about 400 square feet). Longer term guests, such as medical students, will be allowed to use the washer and dryer. If you have a special request, let us know and we'll try our best to reasonably accommodate you. Our safe and conveniently located neighborhood is just off Gloster Street, the main thoroughfare in Tupelo. It's a 5-minute drive to both Downtown Tupelo and Barnes Crossing shopping districts. Our neighborhood is unique in that there's one way in / out (no through traffic) and you can easily walk to several nearby restaurants and shops without crossing any streets. The neighborhood also offers a green space equipped with a pergola, picnic table and grill you may use at your convenience. There are several fruit trees in the green space that you may pick from during their harvesting season. Tupelo is mostly accessed by car. However, there are taxi, Uber and Lyft drivers in the area for assistance. You can safely & easily walk to several restaurants and shops near our home.
