It is in a new home which was custom designed by the homeowners & includes: private entrance (accessed via sloped, winding gravel path), living area with ocean & mountain views, fully equipped kitchen, full laundry facilities, full bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 closets & 1 queen size bed. Ample storage is provided throughout. Wifi is included. Creative landscaping is well under way & parking is offered on the quiet, residential street. The neighbourhood is new with some homes still under construction. You have access to an entire one bedroom, private suite. The suite is accessed via sloping gravel path (some sections are a bit steep) and has it’s own entrance. It is separate from the main house and all amenities are within the suite. The suite is not suitable for infants, children or pets. We live in the main house above the suite and are available via phone or text throughout your stay. We are happy to interact with guests as little or as much as they prefer.
