Springtime in the Monadnock Region

Monadnock Sampler is a quiet, secluded retreat in the quaint town of New Ipswich, NH. We’re close to Mount Monadnock hiking and surrounded by outdoor activities. Don't forget to walk around Pratt Pond just a few hundred feet away. We offer 1/2 a private duplex set on 4 acres with a queen BR, full bath, gourmet kitchen open to the living room and dining area, cathedral ceiling, spiral stairs to the loft, and a private outdoor patio with its own perennial garden outside your sliding glass doors. We are a short drive up a gravel road, offer basic cable and Wi-Fi. Guests will have the full duplex to themselves with private entries and private patio. We understand our guests are looking for quiet and privacy, we respect that and will be available as needed. Our gravel road runs around Pratt Pond and makes a great short walk on a sunny day. Be sure to stop at the spillway to take in the scenery. You will need your own transportation, we are a distance from town. GPS is handy, but we've stocked the unit with maps, and info to help you get around. *Due to new social distancing rules, we will honor your privacy and space.
