Walking distance to the Eastgate Mall and restaurants. It is a 5-minute drive to the QEW and Hamilton Waterfront Trail. Between Toronto (55 min) and Niagara Falls (40 min). Visit Niagara on the Lake (50 min), the famous Devil's Punch Bowl waterfall, tour many wineries and hike in nature trails. Spacious basement apartment with indoor fireplace.
