Sevier River Farmhouse between Bryce and Zions #2

Newly constructed Sevier River Farmhouse near Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. Enjoy the views from a wrap around porch and get a little feel for country life. From the backyard you can see our chickens, wild deer and occasionally a fox or two in the fields surrounding our home. We are located 25 miles from Bryce Canyon and 48 miles to Zion's National Park. Our rooms are located in the basement of our home with a private entrance on the North side of the house. Within the basement there are 3 private bedrooms each with their own bathroom, mini fridge, and electric fireplace. We stock towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Each bedroom is accessed with a touch-pad code lock system. In the commons area of the Airbnb space we have exercise equipment available for your use, a table and chairs, Keurig machine, and microwave. Free parking and high speed wi-fi always available. You will have access to your bedroom. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, and a common area that is shared. We let guest determine how much interaction they have with us. We are available to help when needed. Small town and quiet neighborhood. Lots of wide open space for walking and biking around town.
