The Farmhouse is a small remodeled home, located on 38 acres. It has 3 bedroom, 1 bath (no tub, shower only), kitchen, laundry, and wifi. The farmhouse is located in Tellico Plains, TN. You can enjoy the porch swings while enjoying a glass of sweet ice tea. We have a fire pit to enjoy at night while watching the stars. Who doesn't like smores? Close to Vineyards, Waterfalls, Cherohala Skyway, 129 The Dragon, fishing, Rafting, kayaking, hiking, Antique shops in Sweetwater, so much more.. We have an back deck to sit and enjoy the quiet country setting. The home has the original bead board walls and ceilings. All new ac/heat, flooring, bedding, and outside seating. The home is cozy and quiet! We live on the property. We are available when needed. If you every have an issue, question about area, etc.. please give us a call or email. Tellico Plains has so many outdoor activities. Bring your bikes, kayaks, fishing pools, motorcycle, hiking boots, fishing pools and taste buds. Nearby is Bald River Falls, Cherohala Skyway (enjoy the Fall colors), 129 The Dragon, Tellico Bakery, Tsali Notch Winery, Rivers for fishing, Antique stores in Sweetwater, so many activities. Tellico Plains does not have any red lights. Its a small country town with lots to see. Come and enjoy a peaceful, quiet weekend, or a week long trip to enjoy all the sights. The yard is fenced in. You do not have access to property outside the fenced yard. Do not open gates to other fenced property. Their our cattle in adjoining fields. Remember you will be in the country, so skunks, raccoons, etc. could visit the property. Some cell service are not great. We do have wifi.
