Private Room with King bed and shared bathroom

Historic two story mansion in the heart of downtown Orangeburg, one block away from the Court House and Administrative buildings and 5 minutes walk to Claflin and South Carolina State University. The dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen and laundry are common areas for all guests. Private parking for up to 4 vehicles is on property. The property is kept clean and well maintained. Guest must be age 10 and up. Pets are not allowed. Absolutely no smoking. Please check house rules. The house has great character and is tastefully furnished. Private room on second floor, bathroom is shared with 3 other rooms on the same floor, all other common areas are shared with house guests.
