This large studio apartment is located in the basement of a home that sits on a quiet, suburban street. It is conveniently located 5 minutes from Rutgers University, 40 minutes from NYC, and 40 minutes from the Jersey Shore. You will have a private entrance, private bathroom, and a private kitchen. Tons of street parking available directly in front of our house - and no need to parallel park! COVID-19: After check-out, each and every single room is thoroughly sanitized. In addition, new guests will always have freshly washed sheets This basement studio apartment is located in New Brunswick, NJ. The room contains a queen size bed, twin size daybed, and a futon. There is also a kitchen and a private bathroom. I can accommodate additional guests by providing air mattresses. AMENITIES - WiFi -Washer/Dryer -TV with Satellite/Apple TV - Towels (bath, hand, wash) - Extra blankets - Hair dryer - Iron - Dispenser with shampoo, conditioner & body wash. BASIC KITCHEN - Pots/Pans - Cooking Utensils - Coffee Maker - Microwave - Mini-fridge/Full size fridge - Please bring your own spices etc. PARKING Street parking is available directly in front of the house. Theres no need to parallel park. LAUNDRY There is laundry available for a one time $10 fee and it is not included in the price. Guests will have full access to the apartment. It has its own entrance, which is located in the back of the house. I will also give you a door code to enter from the front of the house. I will stay out of your way unless you need something. I am always available via text/phone call and I do my best to respond in a prompt manner. Safe neighborhood. It is very quiet, suburban and family friendly. Close to all major highways (right off of Route 1, NJ Turnpike, and route 18) Plenty of shopping malls, fast-food, and restaurants within a 1 mile radius. RUTGERS UNIVERSITY 5 minute drive to Rutgers University 2 blocks from bus to Rutgers University (CoachUSA #818). Total commute time is about 10-15 minutes depending on your stop.
