Tropical Lake House with Saltwater Pool

This is a fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house on a quiet street 20 minutes south of Atlanta Airport. Surrounded by million dollar homes on a private lake, this is a hidden paradise in Atlanta. Fishing , kayaking/ bicycles included. Fast Wifi. Free airport pickup provided when I am available. Boat rides extra with me as driver if I’m in town and or available. Ive stayed at many Airbnb’s around the world and I know what it takes to have a comfortable place. You will love my lake casita. Feel like you are in a tropical paradise. Private Lake Spivey, the largest private lake in Georgia and the closest lake to Atlanta that you can have speedboats and jet skis. Also my street feels like you are in a park. All my neighbors walk their dogs on the shaded street or ride bicycles so you can get your exercises in and see all the pretty houses. Full access to house , pool, and boat dock I will be available by phone or in person 24/7. I also have neighbor friends on the lake who can be of assistance if I am not nearby. My street and lake is very wooded. It feels like you are in the mountains. But when you are at my pool you feel like you are in Bali or Mexico. Grocery store and restaurants are all 10 min away. Also many options for food delivery also. The airport is 20 minutes north.( $25 uber ) Downtown / Midtown is 30 minutes north. ($35 Uber ) Uber / Lyft/Rental Car/ Turo 2 bicycles and kayak/stand up paddle board yours to use. Pool is open year round but is not heated. Please review house rules before booking. Mainly , maximum 6 people at house or pool at once, and per Airbnb terms, no house parties allowed. Airbnb is cracking down and deleting Airbnb profiles of people renting houses for parties so I need to be careful that does not happen. Several exterior cameras on the property for your safety and security. No cameras inside. Thank you
