A very PLEASANT place-beach room

While Covid is an ongoing issue, I will be screening all reservation requests. We will not accept international travelers at this time, concurrent with CDC recommendations. Welcome to our new location! We now have a 5 bedroom ranch with a beautiful sunroom for our guests to enjoy. 2 of the bedrooms and one bathroom are dedicated to Airbnb Our new home is in the heart of everything St Clair Shores! Near the nautical mile, lake St Clair and 15 minutes to downtown Detroit. The Beach room is one of 2 rooms we offer and is decorated in soothing aqua, blue and wood tones. New floor was put in Aug. 2020. Handmade platform bed supports a comfy queen mattress sure to offer a restful nights sleep. Our guests have access to most of the house- living room, kitchen, sunroom, patio. David and I live in the house that you will be renting a room in, and one or both of us is usually around. You can reach us through text or by phone. We have installed a keyless entry system and each guest will be given their own personal code to enter through the front door. . We ask that you observe house quieter time from 10pm-8am A very quiet neighborhood near many good restaurants and a few that offer waterfront dining! Limited shopping. Major shopping area is 15 minutes away as is downtown Detroit. 2 miles to beautiful lake St. Clair with various marinas and minutes from Metro Beach State Park Personal cars are the main mode of transportation. We have parking for 1 car per airbnb room. Note that you can only park overnight on the street Fri-Sat-Sun. Uber and Lift are used quite often by guests also. When available we'd be happy to take you where you need to be-fee negotiable. I offer a sanitizing machine for phones, keys etc. David smokes but only outside. We ask the same of our guests. There are designated receptacles for cigarette butts. Marijuana smoking is prohibited anywhere on property. Please, no eating in the bedrooms.
