A light and airy 2 bedroom apartment located on the second floor of an 1870s home. The apartment has been fully renovated and is within walking distance of Main St., East Aurora. Come visit this quaint listing in Toy Town, USA. This upper apartment has a private entrance and includes off-street parking. The interior offers a cozy, farmhouse vibe with modern touches. Kitchen: Our bright, clean kitchen overlooks a quiet backyard. It is equipped with a full sized fridge, Full size range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Also included are basic cooking/eating utensils and cookware. Original farmhouse sink. Living room: The main room of the apartment includes a flat screen TV with Netflix, a desk perfect for a simple work space, and several comfy chairs with plenty of blankets to snuggle up under. There also is adjustable thermostats for heat, and during the warmer months, ac units that can be adjusted to your liking. Ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms can also be controlled for your comfort. Bedrooms: The main bedroom has a California King sized bed and lots of natural light. The second room includes a double bed, dresser, and closet space. All bedding is included. (For stays lasting longer than a week, we can schedule additional cleaning.) Bathroom: This apartment includes one, full-sized bathroom just off the kitchen. There is a walk in shower for your convenience, or if you wish to treat yourself, a claw foot bathtub to enjoy a relaxing soak. All linens are included.
