Unique space with private entrance, two bedrooms, full bath with tub shower, kitchen space with mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, and crock pot. Pleasant living area opening to 2nd floor deck. WiFi available with Ethernet ports, great remote work space. Quarantine friendly, only area of contact shared with homeowner is first floor entry into breezeway, see picture for a visual. Full coffee setup for your breakfast included. Yogurt, homemade granola, and homemade scones provided. This space doubles as a gallery for the artist homeowner. Original paintings and prints complete the homelike feeling and are available for purchase. I also sell greeting cards if you're in town for a special event! Feel free to use the deck, it is quite pleasant in the mornings. If I am home, I am happy to let you in and show you around. If you prefer no-contact, you are welcome to check yourself in. Feel free to send a message if you need anything during your stay. Historic rails to trails are within short walking distance from our property. Valley Falls park is nearby and offers beautiful hiking trails. Enjoy a meal at Rein's Deli, a famous landmark in these parts, less than 2 miles away as well as many other restaurants and shops. Easy access to I-84 east and westbound. Quick commute into Hartford if you're here on business! Please note there is no television. WiFi connection is great if you want to stream on your own device. Breakfast items are homemade with every attention to food safety. Items are individually frozen in single serve portions. Please advise if you have any food allergies.
