"More Than a Room" guest house is located a 1/2 block from the Mississippi River in the heart of Bellevue, Iowa. The house is walking distance from downtown restaurants and night life. Walk the beautiful Bellevue River front or up to the lookout at Bellevue State park. Easy access to the snow mobile and ATV / UTV trails. This 1960's built ranch home has some of it's original charm. The house is comfortable and well suited for family groups, girls weekends, wedding quests, boaters or a couples get-away. The house sleeps up to six people. The front and back bedrooms each have one king size bed that can be separated into two twin beds. The living room sofa converts to a queen sofa sleeper. Off street parking will accommodate two cars. The dine-in kitchen is well equipped. Thef, deck furniture, a charcoal grill, bedding and towels. Pets are welcome. Must be crated when allow and not allowed on furniture. There is a baby gate that can be used to keep them in the kitchen. Pet owner must pick up after their pets.
