House is located in a splendid, panoramic position overlooking Lambeau Field...offering breathtaking views and a unique atmosphere to enhance your experience of Green Bay. Because the home is positioned dead center of the north side of Lambeau, the backyard has an energy on Packer game day weekends that you will not find at any other property for rent. It is ideal for entertaining or hosting family, friends, colleagues and clients alike. We've owned and rented this home-away-from-home since 2005 and are confident that you will enjoy your stay with us. The house is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with other single family homes and is beautifully appointed with fine linens, comfortable beds, a fully appointed kitchen and two full bathrooms (one with a bathtub/showers, the other with a walk-in shower). Towels, hairdryers, ironing board, iron and clothes steamer are also available. There is also a washer and dryer on site. The home is complete with 3 flat screen TVs, cable TV, Wi-Fi, BOSE wave radio and ping-pong table. Bedroom one has one queen bed. Bedroom two has two twin beds and a very comfortable fold down twin. Bedroom three has a queen bed and a twin bed. There is a pull out twin bed and a comfortable couch in the upper living room. The garage has a garage door on both the front and back that makes it perfect for tailgating and entertaining. There is a large screen plasma tv in the garage for watching your favorite game. We have comfortable outside seating for 8 around two round wrought iron tables and a glider bench to relax in on the grassy backyard. We also have 10 resin chairs and 10 resin Adirondack chairs to provide additional seating where needed. There is also a hammock swing in the shade of our large maple tree in the backyard to kick back and take in the view and the lights of Lambeau Field. We provide a gas grill for outdoor cooking and a fire pit and firewood for a bonfire. We also have 5 white fold out tables for outdoor entertaining and events. This home is perfect for a family, a gathering of friends, or those traveling to the area for work. We've hosted family reunions, wedding rehearsal dinners, corporate events, film production crews, etc.. For availability, please check our calendar which is always kept up to date.
