This is a two unit home, you will have the spacious guest suite with all amenities that you need for a relaxing stay. This is a basement, it does not feel like it when you are down there as it it very clean and cozy. There is a den with an extra bed for you to use if you please. There are fans provided for airflow and central AC to keep you cool. You have a private entrance to your suite so you can come and go as you please. You are my welcomed guest! Quiet small town feel, right around the corner is the historic Sunbury town square with multiple quality restaurants. All within a brief walk from the house. Polaris fashion place is a short drive which has plenty of entertainment including Top Golf which is located off of Gemini parkway. Easton town center is another Extravagant mall with more to do than you have time for. Tanger outlets is out by Rt. 71 and has plenty of shopping to offer. Hoover reservoir is 10 minutes south that offers excellent fishing of several different species. State record catfish have been caught from there. Also excellent bass fishing. Alum creek lake is 12 minutes west and also provides excellent fishing. Car is the most convenient way to get around. Plenty of parking. If you plan on drinking, the local bars are of walking distance! Please place all bedding and towels on top of the washer before checking out.
