High Desert Retreat

This is a wonderful High Desert central location to visit Death Valley, the High Sierras (Mt Whitney portal) , and the Sequoias. And, of course, charming mountain towns along the way! The 3 bedroom / 2 full bathroom ranch-style home is located in a highly desirable neighborhood in Ridgecrest, CA. Retail shopping is minutes away (by walk or drive). The house has been recently renovated and is kept immaculately clean. Mountain views surround this property. The property manager lives next door. The rental is for the entire house. Guests have full access to the kitchen/appliances and use of the outdoor patio / yard and 2 car garage. Please Note: The house uses an "Evaporative Cooling" System. This is typical for houses in the desert environment. It will drop the inside temperature by about 20 degrees F (from the outside temperature) during day time hours. The property manager lives next door and is readily available to answer questions and provide help if problems arise. We work hard to clean and maintain our home to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay! The house is located in a highly desirable, quiet and safe suburban development. Retail shopping is minutes away. A grocery store with an in house Starbucks is a short walk away :) ! There are multiple retail outlets / grocery stores / restaurants within the town. There are hiking trails in the nearby Rademacher Hills . A walking and bike trail is located just behind the property (Website hidden by Airbnb) Nearby attractions are Randsburg (a "living" ghost town), Red Rock Canyon, the Trona Pinnacles and the Indian Wells Brewery. There are also many off-roading trails nearby. This is a great stay for those visiting Death Valley National Park and attractions in Sequoia National Park. You will need access to a car to get around.
