With tons of space for everyone, a private hot tub, fun-filled game room, and dock access, this home has it all! Located just steps from the picturesque shores of Beaver Cove and just under four miles from Lily Bay State Park, you'll have the great outdoors as your playground. It's only about 40 feet to the water's edge, with a rocky and wooded shore plus a dock for water access. This house is custom-built, and everything from the design to furnishings are unique. Kick back in the private hot tub while the washer/dryer does the laundry. Find a recipe to try out in the upscale kitchen with the free WiFi, then watch a DVD or check out what's on cable. Play a game of air hockey, billiards, foosball, or Ping-Pong in the basement game room, then snag a spot next to the outdoor firepit to roast some marshmallows. Treat yourself to a lakeside retreat you'll never forget when you book your vacation to this New England home. *Please note: Cell phone service may be spotty in some areas. *There is a mooring that can hold a boat up to 6000 lbs. *Beaver Cove is a small, quiet community with quiet hours from 10 PM until 7 AM. This is a private vacation home and the max occupancy is 14 people. The use of the property for events or other gatherings is not permitted. Absolutely no dogs allowed in our outside of the unit. Thank you! Parking notes: A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for winter renters due to the steepness of the driveway. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
