This newly renovated efficiency home is located conveniently to everything in Victoria and just a short drive to Port Lavaca and all of the plants in the area. The perfect location and space for a short term rental or a weekend away! This studio is located on land shared with a local business and has a shared outdoor area with a grill and picnic table. This studio has a private patio to enjoy. I'm available and close by to assist whenever needed, however I don't live onsite. Guests will be able to enter on their own with a keyless access code. This home is not located in a neighborhood but is on property shared with a local stone industry business and 2 other similar homes. Conveniently located in Victoria, Texas on Hwy 87 making it a quick drive to Port Lavaca, Seadrift & Port O Connor.
