Our houseboat getaway is a cozy place to lay your head before your fishing/hunting adventure or just a great home away from home. The houseboat has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom for your stay. Each bedroom has 2 bunk beds, one has full beds and one has twin beds. 8 beds total. Full kitchen to cook your catch or whatever dinner you decide to feast on. The full bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. There is also a washer and dryer in case you need to do laundry. Ice machine available for your use New stainless steel appliances Large smart TV in Living room Washer and dryer Charcoal grill Coffee Pot Kitchen fully furnished (cups, glasses, plates, pots and pans) Full service marina, fuel dock, bar and grill, convenience store, and community pool. Ice machine for your use. Located on the pass 3rd houseboat on the right hand side. You have access to the Cypress Cove pool during your stay, the cleaning table on the pass and also the ice machine. We live only a few minutes away and are available to help in any way you may need. Located in beautiful Cypress Cove marina. You have access to the community pool when you stay. Our 30' x50' houseboat is accessible from boat and has a great view of the marina. Free close parking.
