LB summer house with large outdoor patio & parking

3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with large private outdoor patio space with gas BBQ / gas fire pit/ 2 outdoor showers. Has a large private driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars which is a huge bonus especially in summer at long beach. It’s the first floor of a 2 family house with 2 separate entrances. Only the bottom unit is rented out. I use the top unit for beach getaways. It’s a block away from the (Website hidden by Airbnb) liquor / beer stores are less than a block walking distance. Space is light and open has a great beach vibe to it. The outdoor patio is fabulous and has enough space to comfortably accommodate a big party. There are 2 outdoor showers to help rinse off beach sand. The private backyard has a gas BBQ and gas fire pit. Did I mention parking? Something that is very hard to find in Long Beach. In the summer I have previously spent hours circling for parking. Makes life much easier to just pull into a private driveway. Can fit 4 cars comfortably if more spots are needed we can work something out. In the outside bin I have all the beach amenities you could imagine. Volleyballs, soccerballs, footballs, umbrellas, beach chairs, boogieboards,etc… The house comes with 6 beach passes that are needed to walk onto the beach. I also built a cornhole ( bean bag) toss game for outside use. If you like to work outside there is a large outdoor table with an umbrella for shade. The internet reaches the outside patio so if you are looking for a relaxing week away from the city. The internet is Verizon and on the TV downstairs is connected to a roku there is Netflix / amazon prime. Unfortunately I don’t have cable TV but I do have antennae TV which surprisingly gets a good amount of channels! Inside the house under the coffee table there is a wide assortment of board games including monopoly, twister, battleship, jenga , connect 4, operation and my personal favorite Racko. The air conditioning inside the house is a LG minisplit unit. There is one 9000btu unit in the living room with 6000 btu units in each of the 3 bedrooms. It can cool down the entire house in just minutes. Kitchen amenities include: Drip coffee maker, blender, wine fridge, microwave(under kitchen island), BBQ utensils, can opener, wine opener, bottle opener, pots , pans, colander, etc... Extra propane tanks are located underneath the back deck. The house comes equipped with toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, extra linens, toiletries ( shampoo, soap bars, bodywash.) If you need to do laundry there is a GE stackable washer / dryer in the house with detergent supplied. If you like fishing let me know! I am an avid fisher and there are multiple boats that go out in the area. Depending upon the time of year you can catch porgie, sea bass, blackfish and fluke. Usually the boats cost about $40 a person for half day fishing. If you have your own gear multiple people cast off the beach. If more sleeping space is needed the couch pulls out into a queen size bed. Feel free to come down enjoy some sunshine! I have been coming to Long Beach for close to 40 years . It’s a block away from the beach / supermarket / liquor store. I took the window handles off the windows closest to the back door because sometimes the door hits them when both are open simultaneously.
