Come relax at our cozy, colorful Italianate Victorian house in the heart of the Village of Earlville, NY. Just steps from the Earlville Opera House, this property provides a respite from busy everyday life yet is close to cultural amenities and Colgate University. Come relax! Settled in the late 1700s and early 1800s, Earlville is a small village in central New York that is home to the Earlville Opera House and just minutes to Colgate University. Our house, in the heart of the village, is a tranquil, quiet place where there is time to contemplate the world from a cozy armchair or couch, where you can de-stress by strolling around the village's main streets, which are lined with Colonial and Victorian homes, or where you can connect to the rest of the world via internet and TV during all four seasons of the year. The village is a place where neighbors are friendly yet respectful of private space. You will have easy access to the house via a personal driveway. There is no need to interact with others in/around the house, but you may encounter lots of kids on bicycles if you take a walk in the village! Earlville is 5 miles north of Sherburne, NY and 5 miles south of Hamilton, NY. There is no public transportation.
