close to Penn State Mont Alto,The apartment is new, located in the first floor of the house, the space: space full kitchen with a patio, parking spot, two bedrooms each with double bed, 1 bathroom, washer and dryer, spacefull living room and internet access. There are cameras OUTSIDE of the property for everybody’s safety! No parties or noisy events after 11:00pm Depending on availability and how many guess are coming you will be relocated in apartment A or B within the same property! The apartment is totally independent and it is located in the bottom floor of the house, independent entrance with patio. Noise from upstairs is possible but we have a rule of no loud noises or parties after 11pm!! For both units! Guess will have access to the whole apartment and patio area parking is allowed. Due to covid 19 interactions with guest will be limited but we will always be available by phone or text. We strive to make the place as comfortable and welcoming for the guests. Neighborhood is quiet and natural very close to town but driving is necessary. Very close to Penn State University Mont alto campus and access to Appalachian trail, Short drive to Waynesboro and Chambersburg PA, Shippensburg PA, Gettysburg PA, Hagerstown MD and one hour away from Carisle and Frederick MD, Baltimore Airport is located 1:20 minutes drive, time varies depending of traffic and time of the day, Dulles Airport is also located 1:20 minutes way, Harrisburg airport one hour away or so. Driving is a must as public transportation isn’t available, GPS will give a more specific route depending from your starting point. Located extremely close to Penn State Mont alto, waynesboro area, short drive to Smithsburg, Gettysburg or Hagerstown area and 40 minutes away from Frederick MD, 1:20 minutes from Baltimore airport and Dulles airport.
