The home consists of a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave. Dining area with bar height console table with 4 stools. Additional card table and chairs are available for use. Living room with 55" TV and foldout couch. The home is set up as a two bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed, television and a door that opens to the back patio. The second bedroom has a twin/full bunk bed. Washer and dryer available for use. The home could possibly accommodate more guests in a family situation. Please note that this home is located on a very narrow street with a narrow drive. Boat trailers may be difficult to maneuver in and out of the driveway. However, if you can disconnect the trailer and manually back it in, it may work for you. Generally speaking, we do not recommend this home for those who wish to bring their own boat. The home is in a bay of Lake Butte des Morts. During windy conditions, the lake can get rough. The home does not have a boat lift. There is a small aluminum dock, however it may not be ideal for docking boats overnight. The bay is shallow and the water at the end of the pier is only about 2-3 feet deep. Neighbors have pontoon boats and small boats to get in and out of the bay. If you plan to dock your boat overnight near the house, we recommend using several anchors and docking off shore. This home is in a small private neighborhood on the shores of Lake Butte des Morts. Patio set and gas grill available for use. Backyard is 1/4 acre divided by a channel. You can swim in the lake although we cannot guarantee the condition of the lake or the bottom of the lake for swimming conditions. There are some weeds in the area of the dock, we do regularly maintain them. The amount of weeds will depend on the time of year.
