Retreat to the Ruby of the Rockies in the ultimate getaway location. This 4-bedroom, 4-bath house with a huge yard and breathtaking views of the Crystal River Valley is the perfect jumping off point for countless family adventures--hiking, fishing, rafting, snowshoeing, or concert-going, fine dining, and shopping in nearby Aspen. Enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktail on the balcony--mountain air, birdsong, panoramic views, and relaxation await you! 30 day minimum rental. This three story house was built for family vacations, as a place to make memories. The top floor has a queen bed, bathroom with shower, and small balcony with views of the mountains and mesa. The central floor contains the master bedroom and bathroom (with shower and bathtub), a large gathering area with TV, fireplace, additional 1/2 bathroom, dining room, and open plan kitchen. The bottom floor contains another gathering area, a space with two twin beds, ideal for kids, and a bedroom with two more twin beds and a bathroom. Outside of the lowest level is a huge lawn and a hammock. Guests will have access to the entire house. While we do use the garage for storage, the trashcans also need to live in there because of bears. We will be available to help via text and phone, and we also have a house manager who lives locally. We are on standby to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Just one mile from the historic and charming Redstone town, our mesa sits at the base of the famous red cliffs of Redstone, with stunning views of the Crystal River Valley and Chair Mountain. Our neighborhood is a quiet and spread-out collection of mountain homes. Walking around the mesa is a lovely thing to do after dinner (with a flashlight). There is ample parking on the premises. While it's a nice walk to Redstone, where you can find restaurants and shops, a car is highly useful in the summer and a must in the winter. Our HOA requires a 30 day minimum rental.
