Enjoy a relaxed vacation @our breezy cottage in fair harbor. This is the summer 2b away with family or friends. Our comfortable beach home has it all 3 bedrms +open loft, big Weber grill, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas,towels, w/d bedding, fully equipped kitchen,wipes, sanitizer, 1 full bathroom + glorious outdr shwr, large deck. 1 block to town. Sleeps 7 you'll love our home . We have Hi speed fios. We do not have a T.V. We are on a quiet street, no parties. thank you. . we have most all you will need for a vacation neat the shore... bedding, big weber grill, beach and bath towels, beach umbrellas and beach chairs, bikes, wagons. Wipes and sanitizer. Hi speed verizon fios. We do not have a t.v. In addition to the full size fridge we have a small fridge that is ideal for beverages, soda, wine, beer etc. 3 bedrooms plus an open loft.. sleeps 7 people .. 2 of the ground floor bedrooms and the open loft..have 2 twin beds in each room. the 3rd ground floor bedroom is a little smaller and has a full size bed. our house is located approx. 40-50 ft from the bay. this is one house of a 2 family home. all is separate, independent nothing is shared... decks, entrances, bathrooms, outdoor showers, bedrooms, kitchens,loft, living room, dinning room, bikes, grills etc... all separate and independent . if you need assistance .. give me a call.. before your stay you will get a detailed guide/ house primer/ tell all of the house. Fair Harbor is an idylic community.. wooden walkways a barefoot, beach community. fair harbor is 2 blocks wide from the bay to the beach.. we are 1 house from the bay.. 1 block from town and the ferry, the bay beach, playground , supermarket, restaurant, liquor store, and general store. fair harbor is a quiet community...wooden walkways, great beach, soft sand... a great place to vacation with your family...
