The property consists of 11 acres and river frontage of 1,500 feet. The cabin is approx. 400 square feet with an attached screened in porch approx. 320 square feet. The bedroom has a full-size bed with ceiling fan and a Heat/AC unit. The kitchen consists of stove top and oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. The living area has a sofa with pull out bed, smart TV with internet, ceiling fan, and a heat/AC unit. Adjacent to the cabin is a concrete pad with outdoor furniture and table for dining as well as gas grill and fire pit. You will be able to utilize the entire property for your enjoyment. I live right down the road in Johnson City and am only a call or text away to answer any questions, give guidance, or provide advice.
