*NEW* The Country Gathering is the upstairs of a Carriage House that was built on the side of a large home, located on the border of Greenwood/Bargersville in Johnson County, Indiana, in the Center Grove area. The Carriage House has charm and character with a wooded backyard sitting on 4 acres. Sit or swing on the beautiful covered porch while you enjoy the view of the lake and fountain or feel free to walk around and enjoy the park-like setting. $10 addl chg per nite for more than 2 adults. The Carriage House is approximately 1100 square feet of space which offers a bedroom and family room combination consisting of a queen sized bed, large sofa and love seat, and a large flat screen TV for your streaming pleasure. Off of this area is an additional separate bedroom consisting of 2 twin beds. The Carriage House can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. The full shower and bath area is located on the lower level, just inside the covered porch. Sorry, however, the Carriage House has a NO PET policy, as well as NO SMOKING indoors policy. Smoking is allowed outside on the covered porch. The beds have top-of-the-line mattresses, linens, blankets, and pillows to provide the upmost comfort. There is also a small kichenette area provided that offers a small refrigerator, microwave, and a Keurig Coffee Maker, however, it offers no actual stove-oven. There is also a fire-pit in the yard (off the porch) if you wish to have a small camp-fire on a cool evening during your stay. The owners of the Carriage House live on-site should you have any questions, concerns or issues during your stay, or just merely forgot something. Self Check-In – Check yourself in with the Smartlock. Sparkling Clean – This place is sparkling clean. We have watched the Cleaning Protocol Video required by Airbnb and adhere to all cleaning requirments by Airbnb in reference to Covid 19 cleaning requirements. We use all antibacterial required cleaning products required by Airbnb. Cancellation Policy – Cancel up to 5 days before check-in and get a full refund, minus the service fee. The property is located about 14 miles south of downtown Indianapolis in a somewhat suburban rural area.
