Not permitted on the furniture (couch and beds), must be friendly, spayed/neutered and house trained and not a disturbance to the neighbours. Please ensure to pick-up after your pet and no digging holes in the yard/property. Kindly indicate whether your dog will be joining you upon inquiring about a reservation. * Please let us know if you plan on using the trailer. (It is only intended for use by the booked guests, no added visitors permitted). The whole house/property except for the basement and two sheds in the backyard. We are located in a quiet community with wonderful neighbours and lots of children. Please drive slowly and we ask that our guests respect the noise bylaw and social distancing throughout the pandemic. Our house is a short walk into Wakefield village with a lot to offer including a variety of shops, restaurants and artisanal boutiques as well as water sport rentals, the Wakefield Mill Spa and local organic farms. There is also an abundance of hiking, biking, ski trails and Vorlage ski hill located directly in the heart of the village and the surrounding Gatineau park. Enjoy river access just down our street and throughout the village. Currently we are only offering our cottage during all statutory holidays and March/Spring breaks (ie. Christmas break, March breaks, Easter break, Victoria Day extended weekend, Canada Day, Civic holiday, Labour day long weekends, Thanksgiving, etc.). We also are open to longer stays as well that exceed 31 days. Please message us if you have any questions or would like to inquire regarding dates. We have many flowers and ask if our guests can please give them some water on the days there is no rain. There are watering cans on premises. * In case guests prefer not to, please notify us and we will arrange to come by to water them.
