Welcome to our home, and your home away from home! We are so excited you are considering our home, we know you will love it. This home is in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to attractions, dining, and public transportation. Less than 3 miles away from Dorney Park (currently closed due to COVID19), Lehigh Valley Hospital, Target, Costco, Whole Foods, and every cuisine of food you may enjoy! The Space: IMPORTANT: As we navigate these challenging times we have taken additional measures to provide clean and sanitized accommodations. This spacious home on 1 acre of land it the perfect getaway for you and your family. The home comfortably sleeps 7 guests. Please reach out if you have more than 7 and we can discuss potential accommodations. The backyard is the perfect place to relax on the deck, enjoy one of the board games we have in the house, watch a movie, or head down the stairs for a late night bonfire. Guest Access: Please feel free to use and enjoy the first floor of the house and all of the backyard. Please keep in mind, the basement and garage is not accessible to guests, since it still stores some of the owner’s personal items. Also some of the cabinets are locked as well. However, even without access to these spaces, you will find plenty of space for you and your family/friends to enjoy. House favors we ask you to respectfully follow: Treat our home like it is your own Please do not sleep on the couches After your stay please leave all dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom Most importantly, enjoy your stay! We are available to answer your questions with speedy response time. You can reach us via email/text/call. This is your perfect suburban neighborhood. Lots of space between the homes with friendly neighbors. Walking distance to a Wawa and Dunkin Donuts that is at the end of the road. less than a mile we have a brand new street mall with different restaurant and stores, like Target, costco, DSW, Old Navy and restaurants like Outback stake house, BJ Restaurant and Handcrafted beer. Near by we also have chick-fil-A, Texas Roadhouse, KFC, Mac Donald's, Wendy's, Cracker Barrel and may more places for you to chose from. You can walk to different places, but we recommend you use a car/ride sharing services/taxis. The nearest city bus is located in Lehigh Valley Hospital. We also have plenty of entertainment in our home in case you just want to stay in. Please feel free to enjoy board games, basketball in the driveway, or a bonfire in the backyard. Please note we have an outdoor security camera which is not active unless the home is vacant, since it is not our primary home. PET POLICY: We are a pet friendly home for all trained dogs and cats. However a few pet rules to note: 1) Please bring pet beds/blankets for your animals, animals are not allowed on the beds or couches in the home 2) Please be considerate and be sure to clean up inside and outside after them 3) Please always keep them on a leash when outside
