Beautiful home in Northport Village, walking distance to harbor and village. Master suite has a king size bed, cathedral ceilings and a balcony that looks out to Northport Harbor. Quiet, family-oriented community. Stair climber available for accessibility limitations. Centrally air conditioned in summer/heated in winter. Gas fireplace. WiFi was upgraded in October! (Pool open mid-May through mid-September, weather-permitting.) This is a quiet residential neighborhood. We are seeking guests whose behavior is respectful of property, family-oriented of culture of the neighborhood and the owners (who live on premises). Walking distance to Northport Harbor and village shops and restaurants. Guests may use pool and dedicated patio in backyard. We live on the property. The pool is “shared”. We have two friendly dogs that have free access to the backyard. Northport Harbor, Northport Village, a mile and a half from Del Vino Vineyard and less than 5 miles from Huntington Village. A 30-40 minute drive to south shore Ocean beaches (Robert Moses, Jones Beach). 30 minute drive to MacArthur airport and an hour train ride to NYC. Guests can easily walk to Northport Harbor and Northport Village. Less than 2 miles from Northport train station. One parking spot available on premises with additional parking within walking distance. Absolutely no smoking of any kind on the property. No unregistered guests permitted.
