Newly remodeled bungalow nestled into the mountains of WNC, located 28 minutes from downtown Asheville, but grocery store in each direction only 15 min. 35 minutes from Johnson City, TN. and just 5 minutes from the best zipline course in the SE USA (Navitat). Come enjoy the local waterfalls and beauty of our mountains yes still a short drive to the best restaurants in the state or enjoy a private walled back deck complete with grill. Sleeps 6 and private parking. There is a cabin near by. Newly remodeled bungalow with "shou sugi ban" style flooring and all new fixtures and finishes throughout. Enjoy the great mountains of WNC from your window, of grill out on the walled private back deck. Our kitchen is all new as well and is open to the dining area. Host will program front door keypad with a 4 digit code of the guests choosing. Please text that code to our contact telephone number before you arrive. We are available upon request. Generally, we request you provide us with your own 4 digit number, which will be programmed into the door keypad when you arrive. Text us to let us know when you arrive. Enjoy! Small bungalow along a public road in a country setting. Direct access to the road and private parking area on site. 20 minutes to downtown Asheville, NC. Johnson City, TN is 35 minutes and the uber fabulous Navitat Canpogy Zip line Adventure is just 5 minutes away (highly recommended !). Guests should book Navitat well in advance of their visit. Area is remote so cellular service may be spotty and so GPS may not work in your car from time to time. Printing directions before leaving home is recommended. Just 2 minutes from a totally unique small venue called The Bark at Paint Fork outdoor concert venue. All music ceases no later than 11 pm. Concerts approx once a month April - Oct. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
