Beautifully Furnished Large 1 Bedroom Flat

My neighborhood is a lovely multicultural area, quiet, with plenty of on street parking. Albany is only a 10 minute drive. The NYS Thruway is 5 minutes away. Proctor's Theatre is about 7 blocks away. General Electric is less than 5 minutes away. I leave my guests to themselves though of course I would introduce myself. I am very friendly and outgoing and would love to meet you! You will also receive wifi, cable TV and washer/dryer. This is my personal flat which is located on the second floor of my 3 family house. Guests will have the entire flat for themselves, though I will occasionally be there to prepare my other apartment for guests.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to cook with. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen. The back porch has the iron and ironing board to utilize at your convenience. I do allow smoking of cigarettes only, marijuana is strictly prohibited and smoking or using any other illegal drugs. If you are to smoke cigarettes, please be considerate to open a window or smoke on the back or front porch. Guests will be able to access the entire flat with the exception of the master bedroom which is where I stay occasionally. I am only here when I have to prepare my other apartment for guests. Generally, guests will have the entire flat to themselves, the majority of the time of their stay. I will provide my phone number once the reservation has been established. Central Park is only a few blocks away and a central attraction for visitors......the rose garden is unique! The famous Proctor's Theatre is located downtown Schenectady which is about 7 blocks. River's Casino and Resort is within a mile and a half....right on the Mohawk River. Many unique shops and eateries are located downtown in bistro type of settings.....Little Italy is truely a must see......and the famous Jay Street with all the unique shops and quaint eateries as well can all be visited downtown Schenectady! It is best to have a vehicle or call for an uber.
